Refund policy

At NOIRBYV, each artwork is made-to-order with care through our trusted print fulfillment partner. Because of the custom nature of our products, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund if the issue is confirmed.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchanges

We currently only offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Made-to-order art prints
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Orders with incorrect address information provided by the customer

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible.
